We liked it very much. Very nice, hard-working staff and ate well.

The decor of the restaurant shows that you are in an upscale atmosphere. We were traveling in a group. The service on the first evening was good and friendly. The service on the second evening was terrible. From 22.20 you were no longer offered a drink and you had to go to the counter to order something. At the beginning of the meal, the waiter dropped water and wine on the tray and we were showered. That can happen. He also apologized. Okay but no one came to mop up the puddle. The waitress who then served us informed me that I just had to sit still and upright that this would not happen again, since they had learned the trade. When the "greeting from the kitchen" came, a slice of bread fell down. It then stayed not far from the puddle. No bread was brought in even though the slices of the baguette were counted. So you only got one of the very small discs. And the card itself was normal, with the exception of one court, and by no means "upscale". So price / performance thumbs down :(

The service was friendly and tried hard, but unfortunately there are deductions for the food and drinks. At first our drinks were forgotten. Although we ordered a water bottle straight away, it was only brought after 30 minutes. Tables that came after us had their drinks even before us. The food was good, unfortunately the hash browns with the salmon and the sauerbraten were too cooked. Still, I would describe the quality as good. It could be that we were just too late and on the wrong day. We can't say anything about the hotel or rooms.

Top service we came with 2 dogs, the room was cozy and the view of the cathedral and market square just great will repeat that and come back again.

Nice hotel, very centrally located - right on the market square opposite St. Viktor Cathedral (regular bells ringing 😉), all sights within walking distance (Siegfried Museum, Klever Tor, Kriemhild Mill, archaeological park), restaurant in the hotel ( but we didn't use it), our room was big enough and nicely furnished, the bathroom was relatively small, but absolutely ok for us; We were absolutely thrilled with the breakfast: jam (also homemade and absolutely delicious), Nutella, several types of sausage and cheese, coffee or tea, juice, rolls, bread - and there were always additional things such as eggs, scrambled or fried eggs, cream cheese , Yogurt or cottage cheese offered; our absolute highlight was the raw ham! . The team was also super-nice, friendly and very helpful! We had asked in advance for a room on the upper floors because we always sleep with the window open; the wish was also granted to us, even out to the courtyard because it is quieter there. There is free parking in the yard.

I can recommend the restaurant. We were served nicely, the food was delicious and the prices reasonable. We would be happy to come back

I'm not so quick to give 5 stars, but this time I really couldn't discover anything that didn't suit me. Nice terrace, very tasty food, nice cool beer and a nice clean and well-kept interior. Add to that the friendly service and you can only give 5 stars. Looking forward to next time.

A bad feeling remains when you are served a lukewarm meal. This happened in the evening on July 19. Has the food from the previous day been poorly warmed up? Does it possibly come from the "can"? Freshly prepared it should also be served hot, I think so. The dumplings didn't really taste like homemade. Sour roast and red cabbage were in good taste. My wife's salad was also below average. The service was at least "tried". The ambience appeals. This leaves a rather ambiguous feeling.

Very friendly staff. The rooms, which I had to move due to a defect in the bathroom, are slightly dusty and the mattresses are worn out. Breakfast is fine. I personally find the price-performance ratio inconsistent.

Very good food, great service! Rarely had such nice service. The duroc pork was juicy and the paella were MEGA flavorful! The service is courteous, friendly and in a good mood. A successful evening!

Excellent value town centre hotel and good breakfast

The quality of food was quite good and the menu had some interesting dishes. The service was very fast despite a busy evening at the restaurant and quite friendly as well. Didn't like the fact that you need to pay extra for ordering vegetables instead of potatoes.

Hotel located in a central square with beautiful views of the cathedral. It has a restaurant with terrace located in this square, where you can enjoy the sunset sun. Good quality of hotel and restaurant food.
